Standing at the junction of Ghost Town Trail and Pearce Road, one can witness a convergence of past and present, where the rugged beauty of the high desert meets the majestic mountains.

Explore the array of small businesses nestled within the town's historic buildings, offering distinctive shopping experiences. Pearce Elementary School, housed in a structure dating back to 1912, provides a glimpse into the past for its students.

 

Visit the Historic Pearce Jail, constructed in 1915, now owned by the local non-profit organization, the Old Pearce Preservation Association. Open to the public on the first Saturday of each month from October to May, or by appointment via Willy at 760-443-6062 leave a message.

 

Travel westward along Pearce Road to Memorial Drive, where the Pearce Cemetery awaits. Take your time to wander the grounds of this cemetery, which has served the community for over a century and is meticulously maintained by the Pearce Cemetery Association, a non-profit organization.
